Full Job Description:
As an Account Specialist you’ll be the liaison between new business and in- force administration by managing customer anticipation regarding service requests, resoluteness service, processing and executive issues, deliverables and time frames.
The Team
The Pension threat Transfer Operations Team provides ongoing administration of pension plans and services the annuitants within that book of business.
The Impact
- We’re looking for an educated seeker who can deliver business value via the following liabilities
- The Key liabilities Include
- Responsible for the ongoing relationship with the Contract holder post install
- Point person for Call Center for issue resolution
- Review & Research for annuitant updates and handle dispatches
- Partner with internal brigades for new installations to understand contract vittles
- Insure post install updates are done timely
- Partner with Operation platoon members to give clarity and answer questions on contract vittles
- Yearly & Daily reporting deliverables
The Minimal QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s Degree
- At least 2 times experience working with guests guests
- Must be suitable to navigate Microsoft Office suite( Word, Excel, SharePoint, brigades)
THE IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 times’ experience in fiscal services or insurance
- Experience working with Pension/ Retirement Plans
- Experience with and understanding contract vittles
- Undergraduate degree
- Capability to work snappily and singly with attention to detail and perceptivity to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication chops
- Capability to comprehend contract language
- Extremely organized, detail- acquainted existent who’s able of tone- managing and multi-tasking in a presto- paced, demanding terrain
- Proven capability to unite within platoon and cross-functionally and impact issues
- Demonstrated capability to acclimatize to changing business precedences and a strong work heritage
- Applies product knowledge and critical thinking chops to handle problems singly but seeks guidance in largely complex situations
- Must be suitable to navigate Microsoft Office suite( Word, Excel, SharePoint, brigades)
Position – Springfield, MA
You’ll be needed to work 3 days per week from our Springfield, MA office
