Full Job Description:

To maximize member satisfaction, the Launch Management team makes sure that we launch our regional portfolio of titles at the highest level of quality and in the most effective manner possible.
The Launch Manager role is distinct because it necessitates a thorough comprehension of our product behavior and a mindset that is equally exact on tactical local execution as it is on tactical strategic judgment calls. The LM’s responsibility is to optimize the content and product strategy, and we do this by managing our highest impact areas well, facilitating cross-functional portfolio-level alignment, and participating in initiatives to innovate and productize new product experiences. Our success depends on having in-depth knowledge of business nuances, local and vertical strategies, and technical troubleshooting in addition to a committed partnership with stakeholders.
You will be a member of a larger Creative Production Operations team that will innovate approaches to tooling, vendors, and quality to develop scaleable solutions, and measurements for the quality of our launches so that we can work more effectively. This position is based in Mumbai and is dedicated to assisting the India content slate.

- own a collection of books in a specific area or industry. You will be in charge of monitoring the quality of the launch in your local area or market, even though numerous teams (internal or external) participate at various points along the launch journey for deliverables.
