Full Job Description:

This team manages the entire launch readiness process, including on-service pre-promotional milestones, as part of a larger operational hub strategy by fusing meticulous project management and risk mitigation with a strategic, member-first mindset. A Project Coordinator who has a love for operations would benefit greatly from this exciting opportunity to deliver Netflix titles to our members around the world efficiently. The project coordinator will collaborate with numerous cross-functional groups around the world, track numerous assets, assign to necessary teams, and oversee the delivery of finalized assets while guaranteeing their accuracy and making them accessible to members. You will be in charge of overseeing a sizable number of titles across the entire global slate, coordinating well with others, managing dependencies with shifting launch dates, anticipating and minimizing risks, and quickly pivoting when necessary.

  •  Some of the crucial workflows that impact how the Member views the titles from around the world will fall under your purview and responsibility. Although there are numerous teams (internal and external) in charge of producing and delivering assets, it will be your responsibility to make sure that they arrive in time to support the scheduled launch date that all of your stakeholders have agreed to.
  •  You will work with others to restructure and improve current workflows in order to boost productivity and align our operations with our group’s main business goals. .
  •  To ensure operational momentum and smoothness across launches, collaborate with internal and external teams (vendors).
  •  Create or modify delivery and launch plans, taking into account use cases that are unusual, using good judgment and risk mitigation.
  •  In order to scale operations, work with our Technology, Engineering, Partnerships, and Quality Control teams within Global Product Creative Operations to determine the best tooling, workflow, and vendor requirements.
 How Much You’ll Need.
  •  The applicant must have between two and four years of project management or coordination experience.
  •  Being able to manage a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at different stages of production (from development to delivery).
  •  Excellent project management abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
