A strong understanding of narrative structure, a sense of place, and the capacity to lead a project from conception to completion are necessary qualities for success. They will have the ability to juggle numerous and varied responsibilities across projects at varying stages from development through to delivery because they will be driven, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and thorough.

This is a challenging and quick-paced position that calls for a proactive, optimistic thinker who can use discretion, good judgment, and initiative while collaborating with a wide range of creative/production partners and high volume production schedules.

 Responsibilities.
  •  Development, preproduction, and show setup.
  •  Develop projects and determine their long-term viability in close collaboration with the showrunners, producers, writers, and external creative team.
  •  In order to spend as much money as possible on-screen, collaborate with the Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, Product, Post, and external production teams to establish key schedules and workflows.
  •  With a wide range of producing partners and third parties, establish and maintain relationships.
 Requirements.
  •  6 to 10 years of experience in long-form production executive management for series/films, both on the ground and/or at the network/studio level.
  •  Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously supervising multiple projects in different production phases (from evaluation to production through delivery).
  •  Fast-paced, team-oriented worker who is a team player.
  •  having an understanding of how to prioritize tasks and act accordingly while communicating effectively.
  •  willingness to keep learning in order to ensure knowledge of the equipment and production methods used today.
  •  strong multitasking abilities and verbal and written communication skills.
  •  the capacity to think creatively and take calculated risks.
  •  English fluency.
