Full Job Description:

The supervision, coordinating, and planning of the facility maintenance activities at the locations within your region fall under your purview as the regional facilities manager. For the buildings for which you are responsible, you will serve as the point of contact to help coordinate and carry out requests for daily building facilities needs. To drive initiatives to enhance working practices and reduce costs, you will frequently work with the corporate standardization and procurement teams.

 Qualifications:.
  •  being able to make quick decisions with little to no guidance that are business-forward and that take into account needs that may arise.
  •  Working knowledge of master service agreements as well as other equipment and service contracts when negotiating with corporate procurement teams.
  •  Ability to work together, collect data for business process documentation, and assist in identifying improvement opportunities at your sites.
  •  Report and assist in tracking metrics that are to be communicated to leadership and that track KPIs, costs, the performance of powered and non-powered equipment, and general building maintenance standards.
  •  Excellent oral and written communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work under pressure, change priorities, and distribute workload and projects in accordance with those priorities.
  •  able to work with business partners—both technical and non-technical—to improve understanding, buy-in, and overall support while overcoming obstacles and delivering results.
  •  Support capital and special project execution and take part in it.
  •  ability to update leadership on projects, as well as a strong set of communication and planning abilities.
  •  Self-motivated, with the capacity to work both independently and cooperatively in a team as circumstances require.
  •  Depending on the workload of the project, be able to travel up to or more than 60% of the time.
 How Much You’ll Need.
  •  a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or three years of experience managing facilities maintenance.
  •  Building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and fire/security knowledge are required.
  •  knowledge of managing work orders, inventory, and reporting using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  •  Must be able to communicate clearly both in person and through other meeting services on the computer.
  •  being able to create and manage a budget based on the requirements for either new or existing facilities.
  •  working knowledge of change management in a highly hurried environment.
  •  A plus would be knowing intricate construction plans and specifications.
  •  Exposure to industrial safety, such as confined spaces, electrical systems, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and others, is advantageous.

The salary range (or base pay for hourly positions) for this position is $80,550-$90,900 *; however, base pay offered may differ depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience relevant to the position. Depending on the position being offered, restricted stock units may be included in the compensation package in addition to a full array of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
