Full Job Description:
In order to ensure that we employ the most qualified candidates for each position, the Wayfair Candidate Experience Team is in charge of creating a positive hiring experience for our partners internally. In order to ensure that the hiring process goes as smoothly as possible, candidate experience associates are a crucial component. They help candidates move through the hiring process.
Responsibilities:.
- To arrange phone, video, and in-person interviews, collaborate with hiring teams and recruiters.
- In order to guarantee that candidates have a positive, white-glove interview experience at every stage of the hiring process, communicate with them and act as their advocates.
- To support Wayfair’s ambitious hiring targets and tight deadlines, work with a variety of cross-functional partners.
- Plan candidate travel and hotel stays, handle reimbursements, and address problems as they appear.
- Determine ways to enhance the scheduling and candidate experience.
- Create scheduling reports that include team metrics.
Requirements:
- work experience in human resources, recruiting, or a support position that is pertinent.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- comfortable multitasking.
- Ability to learn our scheduling and applicant tracking system software quickly and proficiency in the Google suite of applications.
